1 cup toasted coconut
4 scoops ice cream
Caramel and/or chocolate sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop ice cream into balls and place in freezer. Toast coconut at 325 for 6-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Watch carefully so it will not burn. Roll scoops of ice cream in coconut. Re-freeze. To serve pour caramel sauce over ice cream.
