2 packages instant vanilla or French vanilla pudding
2½ cups milk
9 -12-ounces Cool Whip
2 packages whole cinnamon crisps or Graham crackers

Topping:
2 squares (1-ounce each) chocolate
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Karo light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together milk and pudding; fold in whipped topping. Line a 9X13-inch pan with crackers in a single layer. Spread half of pudding mixture in an even layer on crackers. Place another layer of crackers over pudding; repeat with remaining pudding mixture. Top with a layer of crackers.

Topping:
Melt chocolate with butter and add corn syrup, vanilla, confectioners sugar and milk. Mix together well and pour over first mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving or until chilled.
