4 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons banana liqueur
4 bananas, cut in half lengthwise, then halved
¼ cup rum
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-scoop ice cream into a large bowl and store in freezer. Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the sugar, cinnamon and banana liqueur and stir to mix. Heat for a few minutes, then place the halved bananas in the sauce and sauté until soft and slightly browned. Add the rum and allow to heat well, then carefully ignite the sauce. Add ice cream to dish. Lift the bananas out of the pan and place four pieces over each portion of ice cream. Spoon sauce over the top.
