Graham crackers, broken into rectangles 2 sticks butter ¾ cup sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla ½ cup pecans, chopped fine
Line jellyroll pan with Graham crackers. Boil butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Add vanilla and chopped pecans. Pour this over the Graham crackers and bake at 350º for 7-10 minutes. Remove immediately and cool on waxed paper.
