1 cup butter, softened
cup sugar
2 cups plain flour, sifted
2 teaspoons vanilla
teaspoon maple flavoring
1-2 cups pecans, chopped
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and maple flavoring. Add flour. Add chopped pecans. Refrigerate. Roll into balls. Preheat oven to 375. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool awhile. Roll in powdered sugar.
