8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box Fudge Brownie mix (1 pound, 5 ounce or 4 cups)
6 ounces pecans, chopped
cup chocolate chips
cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325. Grease bottom of 9X13-inch baking dish or pan. In a large bowl, mix thawed Cool Whip, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in brownie mix just until moistened. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture into pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake. Cool and cut into squares.
