1 12-ounce package vanilla wafers, crushed (5 cups)
cup butter, melted

Topping:
1 10-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 12-ounce jar caramel topping

Directions:

Crust:
Place vanilla wafers in a large heavy-duty zip-lock bag; crush with a rolling pin to fine crumbs. Stir together vanilla wafer crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of a 13X9-inch baking dish.
Topping:
Sprinkle with morsels and pecans. Drizzle with caramel topping. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Chill for 1 - 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares.
Yields 4 dozen.
