Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup butter
cup powdered sugar

Filling:
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups sugar
teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:

Crust:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and mix well. Press into greased 9X13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Cool.

Filling:
Mix eggs, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Add 4 tablespoons flour and baking powder; mix. Pour over cooled crust and bake 25 minutes at 350. Sprinkle sifted powdered sugar on top as soon as removed from oven. Cool thoroughly before cutting into bars.
Yields 32-48 bars. May make one-half recipe.
