1 cup sugar
5 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup whole milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, butter and whole milk in saucepan on medium high heat. Stir until it comes to a boil-3 to 4 minutes. Continue stirring let mixture boil 1 minute or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and melted. Spread over cake. Frosts bundt cake, 24 cupcakes, brownies or 9X13-inch cake.
