10-ounces evaporated milk
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 stick plus 2 tablespoons butter
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cups coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat. Add some of the hot mixture into the egg yolks and then stir slowly into saucepan. Stir constantly until thick. (about 12 minutes). Remove from heat. Add vanilla, nuts and coconut. Beat until of spreading consistency.
