1 stick unsalted butter
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tablespoons buttermilk
1 pound confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan combine butter, cocoa and buttermilk over medium heat. Cook until butter melts and mixture just comes together. Remove from heat and whisk until smooth. Sift confectioners' sugar into a medium bowl. Gradually add the chocolate mixture and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and there are no lumps. Great on brownies, cakes or whatever.
