Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cocoa
teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
cup nuts, chopped fine, optional

Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8-ounce cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs on high speed 1 minute. Gradually add sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Mix thoroughly. Fold in flour; add vanilla and nuts. Spread on well-greased 10 1/2 X15 1/2-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes. Turn out immediately on a thin, clean dishtowel lightly covered with powdered sugar. Roll like a jellyroll, towel and all, so the towel will keep it from sticking together. Let cool completely. Unroll and spread with filling.

Filling:
Beat until smooth. Spread on cake and roll up like a jellyroll. Wrap in foil and store in the refrigerator.
