1 stick butter
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 package (10-12 ounce) vanilla chips
1 jar (7 ounce) marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 teaspoons orange extract
12 drops yellow food coloring
5 drops red food coloring

Microwave butter in 4-quart bowl on High for 1 minute until melted. Add sugar and milk; mix well. Microwave on High 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Mix well and scrape bowl. Microwave on High 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla. Mix well. Remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside. Add orange extract and food coloring to rest of the mixture, stir until blended. Pour into greased 9X13-inch pan. Drop reserved mixture by spoonfuls on top. Cut through mixture with knife to swirl. Cover and refrigerate until set. After set cut into small pieces.
