6 cups rolled oats
1 cup wheat germ
cup chopped walnuts
cup sliced almonds
cup coconut
cup sunflower seeds
cup honey
cup vegetable oil
cup peanut butter, optional
1 cups raisins, dried cranberries, apricots, figs, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oats and wheat germ in a pan for at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine honey and oil and set aside. Combine all other ingredients and add to oats and wheat germ. Pour honey mixture over ingredients and stir. Mix well. Spread evenly in pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, stirring often. Cool and stir. Add raisins and/or dried fruits. Add peanut butter. Store in airtight container or freeze.
