1 loaf Texas Toast or other bread, FROZEN, trimmed and cubed
1-2 sticks butter, melted, or olive oil
Garlic powder, onion powder, or Hidden Valley Ranch mix - dry
Parmesan cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cut frozen bread into cubes. Place in a large bowl or on a jelly roll pan. Drizzle or brush with melted butter; toss if in a bowl. Sprinkle with herbs of choice; toss. Bake at 325-350 degrees for about -1 hour or longer. Watch carefully and do not burn. Let brown and get very dry and crusty. Store in airtight container. May sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while hot.
