1 cups self-rising corn meal
2 eggs
cup oil
cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon red peppers
1 can cream-style corn
1 onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Grease skillet with 1 tablespoon solid Crisco and heat in oven until hot. Add cornbread mix to hot,greased, skillet. Bake at 400-450 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until browned on top.
