cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup canned sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon all spice
1 cup milk
cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
cup raisins, chopped
Cinnamon and sugar mixture

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Blend in sweet potatoes. Sift flour with baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Add alternately with milk. Do not over mix. Fold in nuts and raisins. Fill greased tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on tops before baking, if desired. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. May freeze and reheat.
