2 cups pumpkin (15 ounce can)
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
cup salad oil
3 cups sugar
teaspoon ginger
teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons soda
3 cups plain flour
1 cup craisins or raisins
2/3 cup chopped nuts

Mix together the first four wet ingredients. Mix remaining dry ingredients. Mix all together. Add craisins and nuts, if you like. Bake in 2 or 3 large loaf pans (fill 2/3 full) at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
