1 cup flour
teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten well
cup sugar
1 pound dates, chopped or cut with scissors
1 pound of pecan halves
pound Brazil nuts (55 nuts)
1 10-ounce bottle maraschino cherries, cut in half and drained
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add to flour, baking powder, and salt. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into 2 regular size loaf pans that have been greased and floured. Line bottom of pan with waxed paper and also grease and flour waxed paper. Pack firm with flat side of spatula. Bake in 325 oven for 1 hour. Add water to a small pan and place in oven while bread is baking.
