Pumpkin seeds, do not clean
1 tablespoon oil

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from pumpkin. Do not wash the seeds. Put them in a shallow pan. Add oil and toss them to coat. Salt, if you like, and bake at 350 until they smell toasty, about 10 minutes.
