1 can refried beans
2 avocados, peeled and mashed (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lime juice
8-ounces sour cream
cup mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup chopped black olives
1 cup green onions and tops, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients and spread in a 9X13-inch casserole dish. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. Mix ahead to develop flavors. Spread over bean and avocado mixture. Add tomatoes, olives, onions and cheese on top. Serve with small tostados.
