2 cups pecans
teaspoon salt
teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Toss pecans, salt, cayenne pepper, brown sugar and butter together in a bowl. Place in an even layer on a cookie sheet. Bake 5-8 minutes, keeping a close watch on the nuts to prevent burning. Freeze in plastic bags or store in an airtight container.
