cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 - 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
cup butter, softened
4 slices boiled ham
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheddar cheese, butter and cream cheese until well blended. Spread 1/4th of mixture on one ham slice; repeat with remaining cheese mixture and ham slices. Roll up from short sides; chill for several hours, or wrap and freeze. To serve, slice rolls into -inch thick slices. Arrange slices on top of Ritz crackers. If frozen, let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
