2 - 6-ounce jars marinated artichokes, chopped (reserve one jar of liquid)
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 eggs
cup bread crumbs, fine
teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
teaspoon oregano
8-ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and garlic in artichoke liquid. Drain artichoke hearts and chop. Beat eggs slightly. Add bread crumbs and seasonings, artichoke hearts, onion and remaining ingredients. Place in greased 9x11-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Cut into squares. May wrap in foil and refrigerate or freeze until ready to reheat.
