2 pounds hot sausage
2 pounds Velveeta cheese
8-ounces cream or half-and-half
8-ounces pimentos, chopped
Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain sausage and break up into small pieces. Combine Velveeta and cream over a double boiler or over very low heat to melt. Stir and be careful not to burn if you use stovetop. When melted, add other ingredients. Serve in chafing dish and dip with large round nachos.
