8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1 cup cucumber, peeled and grated very fine
2 teaspoons onion, grated, optional
Salt and white pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
1 - 2 teaspoons dill weed, optional
Green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cucumber very fine and pour off excess juice. Grate onion and mix with cucumber. Whip softened cream cheese several times and then add cucumber and onion mixture. Blend thoroughly. Add Miracle Whip, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Serve as a dip or use as a spread for finger sandwiches. May also use untinted to stuff pea pods.
