2 tbsp. finely diced white onion
8 Roma tomatoes (about 1 lb.)
2 serrano chile peppers
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dice all vegetables. Thoroughly combine all the ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
