1 small pkg Pistachio instant pudding mix
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp almond extract
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups water (if cake has pudding in mix use 1 cup)
1/4 cup oil
7 drops green food coloring
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, blend until moistened. Bet at medium speed for 4 minutes.

Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake 350 40 - 50 minutes. Cool slightly, remove onto a cake plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
