10 slices bread
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage (or ham or bacon)
Onion
Green pepper
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread and cube. Place in 9x13 pan. Brown pork sausage, drain and place on top of bread. Add onion, green pepper to taste. Top with shredded cheese. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake @ 350 uncovered 1 hr. or longer
