1 large Boboli (or use 2 small ones)
1 container prepared pesto
2 ripe tomatoes (preferably plum)
1 package grated cheese (I use skim milk mozzarella)
Optional: add cooked sliced chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Spread pesto generously over top of Boboli.
Slice tomatoes thinly and cover Boboli leaving a bit uncovered around the edges.
Place cheese generously over tomatoes.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 450 for 8-10 minutes.
