1 whole, organic chicken
one orange
cored apple
stalk celery
garlic salt
onion powder
Italian seasoning
Kitchen Bouquet
Sliced onions
Large dice potatoes

Wash and pat dry chicken. "Refresh" chicken with juice of
freshly squeezed orange, inside and out. Insert cored apple
and celery stalk in chicken cavity.
Rub generous amounts of the kitchen bouquet, garlic salt,
onion powder and Italian seasoning over the outside of the

cubed chicken.

Roast on 350 for 1 1/2 hours uncovered then cover with foil
and slow cook 2 hours more at 300.
