Cake:

2 c white sugar 2 c flour
2 eggs 2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla dash of salt
1 c pecan bits
20 oz can crushed pineapple including the juice

Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese 1 stick margarine
2 c powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Cake:
Stir all the ingredients for the cake together. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Frosting:
Beat all the ingredients for the frosting together.
Spread frosting on the cake while it is still warm.
