1 c Water (70-80)
c Buttermilk Powder
1 c shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 t Sugar
1 t Salt
t Garlic Salt
3 c Bread Flour
1 t Active Dry Yeast

Directions:
Directions:
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose light crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions. (Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1-2 T flour or water if needed)
