8 oz. blue cheese crumbled
16 oz. Hellman's mayonnaise
8 oz. cultured non-fat buttermilk
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
1 t. granulated garlic
Lots of freshly grated black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except blue cheese. After it's mixed well,
add blue cheese crumbles and mix being careful not to break up
the lumps of the cheese. Chill.

Great over Iceberg lettuce wedge topped with 2 T. diced
tomatoes and 1 T. fresh bacon bits
