1-15oz. can Pumpkin
½ c. Egg Beaters
1½ c. Skim Milk
3/4 c. Splenda
½ t. Salt (or to taste)
1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice (or 1t. Cinnamon, ½ t. ginger, 1/4t. cloves)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients in large bowl until smooth.
Put into pie pan sprayed w/ Pam.

Bake at 400º for 15 minutes, then at 375º for 45 minutes till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
