1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. capers, drained
3/4 c. sweet pepper, seeded and diced
1/4 c. slice black olives, drained
1/3 c. green onion, sliced
3 - 4 c. Fresh tomatoes
1/4 t. oregano
1/4 t. thyme
1 bay leaf
Salt to taste

Mix ingredients in heavy medium sauce pan. Simmer,
uncovered 30 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta.
