1 c. Yellow Corn Meal
1 c. Flour
c. Sugar
1 T. Baking Powder
1 t. Salt
1/3 c. Oil
1 Egg
1 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix well. In separate bowl combine oil, egg & milk - mix well.
Stir wet mix into dry mix just until blended. Pour into 8" square baking pan. Bake in 400 oven for 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve warm with butter and/or honey.
