2-3# baking potatoes
4 cloves garlic, smashed
3 T. Olive Oil
2 sprigs fresh Rosemary, leaves removed and finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise then cut each half into 4-5 long wedges (depending on size of 'taters) Place wedges and garlic on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Season potatoes with rosemary, salt and pepper then roast for about 25 min or until potatoes are brown and tender. Flip potatoes then continue roasting for about 10 more minutes or until cooked through. Serves 4
