2 lb lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1/2 carrot, shredded (just for colour)
1 can mushrooms, chopped
2 large cans of creamed corn
3-4 cups of mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef in a fry pan with the onion. When almost done, add in the carrot and mushrooms. Drain and rinse the fat away.
Place meat into a 9x13 pan. Pour creamed corn on top and smooth it out to cover the meat. Spread mashed potatoes over the corn, making sure the edges are covered. Pat down gently, using a fork to make a design on top. Place in a 350 oven until potatoes are browned.
