1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 T. chopped green onions
3 T. mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. salt
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Fish for 6 (grouper or snapper)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients. Spoon mixture evenly over fish and
broil fish until golden brown and flakes easily when tested with a
fork.
