Ingredients:  
Crisp: l c flour; 1 c sugar; 1/2 c butter (room temperature). Blend flour and sugar, cut in butter until crumbly, set aside.
8 nice apples
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put sliced apples in bowl, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over, and mix well. Place apples in dish.
Top with crisp mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350-degrees.
