8 cups califlower (about 1 sm-mdm head)
1/4 Kraft Ranch Dressing
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add cauliflower. Cook 15 minutes or until very tender. Drain. Return to saucepan.
Add dressing and mash until cauliflower is light and fluffy. Sprinkle with onions.
This is a very good potato substitute.
