2 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 6 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drain ( 1 cup)
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 shredded sharp American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. spread on bottom of 10X6X11/2 inch baking dish. Arrange bacon and mushrooms over spinach. Sprinkle with dash pepper and marjoram. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Cover with sour cream and cheese. Return to oven 5 minutes or till cheese melts.
