1/2 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt AND celery seed
chopped onion
1/4 tsp. mustard seed
1 can Mexicorn
1 rib celery, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and mustard seed for 2 minutes. Stir in corn and celery. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
