2 1/2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cooked
3 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 - 3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika, optional

Directions:
Mash potatoes. Add in remaining ingredients, except paprika. Put in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min.

You can make this recipe the day before serving. Take it out of the frig a half hour before baking. Bake for an extra 10 minutes.
