1 pkg. (5-1/4 oz.) AuGratin Potatoes (box)
1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomtatoes/green chillies, undrained
2 c. water
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potato package, corn, tomatoes, and water. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer. 15-18 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add milk and cheese until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
