4 Green onions - finely chopped
1 clove Garlic - finely chopped
1 stick Butter - melted
2 whole Lemons - juiced
Salt, oregano and pepper as desired
8 chicken breasts

Mix first 5 ingredients and simmer. Skin chicken breasts and flour lightly. Lay in baking pan.

Pour butter mixture over chicken. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn over and baste while baking.

Chicken is so tender and tasty. The lemon flavor is there and not too strong. Naturally, I add more butter, lemon and seasoning to this recipe.
