1 C packed Brown Sugar
1 C Butter
11 oz Chocolate Chips
40 Saltine Crackers

Line pan with foil, layer saltine crackers.
Cook sugar and butter to a rolling boil for 3 minutes.
Pour over saltine crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Remove pan of crackers from oven and drop chocolate chips on top. Put pan back into over for 1+ minute. Remove from oven and spread soft chocolate chips with a knife. Can put into freezer for 20 minutes. Remove and break into pieces.
Can be stored in a tightly concealed container for a long time (or freeze again).
