2 Sticks Butter (Softened)
2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
2 C Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 C diced Golden Delicious Apples
3/4 C chopped Pecans (optional)
Smuckers carmel Topping - Warm

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
Add all dry ingredients. Fold in Apples. Mix in nuts OR you can springle on top.
Bake in 9X12 pan
350 Degrees for 45 min or golden brown in color.
Cool - Slice into squares and drizzle with carmel.
Best served while warm.
