6 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups grits (fast cook)
2 tsp salt
1 1/4 stick real butter
1 lb. med. cheddar, grated
3 eggs beaten
3 tbsp. chopped pimento
3 tbsp. canned chili peppers, chopped (can take out seeds)

Directions:

Cook grits until creamy. Add rest of ingredients to grits and mix well. Pour into greased shallow dish. Cook at 300 for approx. one hour or until firm and a little brown on top.
